Components and Working Principle of Dual Shaft Dry Mortar Mixer

The dual shaft dry mortar mixer is composed of a horizontal cylinder, a transmission mechanism, a double-shaft stirring blade, and a fly cut is optional.

1.  The working principle of a dual shaft gravity-free mixer involves the rotation of two shafts in opposite directions, driving paddles or blades attached to them for mixing.

2.  As the mixer is activated, the material is introduced into the mixing chamber and undergoes mixing as the shafts rotate.

3.  The paddles or blades perform both axial and radial movements within the mixing chamber.
