BH new environmental lime rotary kiln features:
1. The vertical preheater with advanced structure and low pressure loss can effectively improve the preheating effect. After preheating, the decomposition rate of limestone into kiln can reach 20-25%, and can directly use 10-15mm fine grain limestone;
2. Reliable combined scale seal at both ends of rotary kiln. Make the coefficient of air leakage less than 10% using composite refractories to reduce the radiation heat loss;
3. filled, zonal ventilation of the circular or square vertical cooler, cooler lime temperature < 60℃, easy to transport, storage, and can enter the kiln secondary air preheating to more than 700℃, reduce moving parts and special materials.
4. High raw material quality and good lime quality; Fuel calorific value is high, quantity consumes little.
5. The size of limestone is proportional to the calcining time; The activity of quicklime is inversely proportional to the calcination time and temperature.

A: Crushing system - calcinable ore is obtained by crushing and

screening bulk ore.

rotary kiln and generates quicklime at high temperature.

C: Heating raw material - our lime production line can be heated

with coal, gas, oil and other fuels.

D: Cooling system - make the finished products temperature < 60℃,

easy to transport, storage.

 
Process flow of lime production line:
1. Crushing: the large limestone is sent to the jaw crusher or hammer crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder, and then uniformly sent to the bin by the bucket elevator from bottom to top;
2. Grinding: the limestone particles in the silo are uniformly fed into the raymond mill or ball mill for grinding. Users can adjust the fineness of the discharging powder according to their needs.
3, Powder selection: after grinding fine material by the separator classification and screening, unqualified fine powder to go back to the mill to re-grinding;
4. Packaging: qualified limestone powder after powder selection enters the storage bin through the pipeline device and is packaged by the powder loading tank truck.
