Plaugh mixer

Coulter mixer, also known as fiber mixer or horizontal mixer, is a new and efficient powder mixing machine, designed mainly for large fiber content material, and larger spray (spray amount less than 33%) in mixing process. Horizontal Coulter, rotating cylinder mixer composed by spindle, Coulter, fly knife group, supporting parts, transmission parts, nozzle, jacket, etc. Horizontal Coulter nearly circular structure of the mixer barrel (arc through scientific computing, in accordance with mixed mechanics principle), to ensure the inside material do good radial movement along the rotation axis of drift. Coulter group's unique structure to ensure the inside material make axial movement; Coulter mixer scientific blade space ensure a strong turbulent of mixing material. Coulter mixer with same feeding method with agravic paddle mixer,  both with the dynamic loading. The load factory at 0.4 ~ 0.6. 

 

Working principle:

After start the Coulter mixer,the inside materials been thrown in normal direction along with Coulter shaft. When this material pass through the fly knife group, it was interrupted by high speed rotating fly knife, and been quickly and efficiently dispersed. Dispersed material scattered by high speed fly cut knife fell into the bottom of the mixer, Coulter group provides compound mixing strength to make materials do all-round combined cycle movement. So the material achieve high mixing precision under double action of Coulter group and high-speed fly cut knife.
