BHR1000 simple dry mortar production line (also called by simple dry mortar plant, small putty production line) is on the basis of efficient BHR1000 ribbon powder mixer, with adding configuration of hoist feeder, material storage tank, automatic filling machine and electric control cabinet, to form a effective and reasonable, easy operation production line. 

 

BHR1000 simple dry mortar production line can mix 1ton per batch, capacity at 24 to 30 tons per day. 

Mixing time: 10-15min per batch, depends of formula.
