AAC is made from silicon material(silica sand, or recycled fly ash) and calcium material (lime, cement),which is widely used in building industry.

AAC cutting machine is the key equipment in the production of aerated concrete with annual capacity of 50,000 m3 to 200,000 m3. Its absolutely necessary for promoting the production capacity and quality. Cutting machine series produced by our factory, can accomplish six-side cutting in one step, without the second lifting. Through having gone on technical reforming, our AAC cutting machine has stable performance and high efficient working, and it boasts by our customers.
Autoclave Equipment Features
Autoclave is a comprehensive reaction vessel. From the beginning of the feeding - the discharge can be a higher degree of automation to complete the pre-set reaction steps, the control of temperature, pressure, mechanical reaction process (mixing, blowing, etc.) is an important parameter of reactant / product concentration and strict regulation.The loading car transports AAC cakes into autoclave,then steaming and maintaining with high temperature and pressure,the end products aac block come out

Hydraulic Mould Crane Features
This hydraulic mould crane is the main corollary equipment in the aerated concrete production. It allows the bricks together with the mould to be placed on the concrete cutting machine for die sinking or demolding. The bricks will be cut by the concrete cutting machine. Meanwhile, the hydraulic mould crane will recombine and clean the concrete mould, bottom plate. Then, it will brush the stripping oil for re-pouring.
