Cyclone Dust Collector

Cyclone dust collector consists of inlet pipe, outlet pipe, cylindrical body, conical body, and dust hopper. Its diameter, height, and the shape and size of the inlet and outlet are the main factors affecting dust collection performance. We produce single-cyclone, double-cyclone, and multi-cyclone dust collectors in various specifications and models, capable of handling dust-laden gas volumes from 670 to 283,600 m³/h to meet diverse production needs.

Cyclone dust collector, also known as a reflux dust collector or cyclone separator, is a dry air-solid separation device. Its working principle is based on centrifugal force and it is widely used to separate solid particles from airflow.
Widely applicable industries:
This cyclone separator is suitable for collecting dust particles with a diameter of 5–10 μm or larger, and therefore has applications in many industrial sectors, including chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, construction, mining, machinery, and light textile industries, as well as agricultural product processing, grain, and biomass energy equipment (such as wood pellet machines). It is particularly suitable for handling conditions with coarse dust particles and high dust concentrations.
Main performance characteristics:
Cyclone dust collectors have no moving parts, a reasonable structure, good dust removal effect, long service life, are easy to install and maintain, and have low equipment investment and operating costs.
1. Suitable for purifying dust with high density and particle size greater than 5μm, but not suitable for purifying highly adhesive dust;
2. No moving parts, convenient management and maintenance;
3. Small size, simple structure, and low price for handling the same air volume;
4. Easy to use in parallel for handling large air volumes without affecting efficiency or resistance;
5. Can withstand high temperatures up to 400℃, and can withstand even higher temperatures with the use of special high-temperature resistant materials;
6. With a wear-resistant lining inside the dust collector, it can be used to purify flue air containing highly abrasive dust;
7. Can be dry-cyclone, which is beneficial for recovering valuable dust;

The core working principle of a cyclone dust collector is to use centrifugal force for separation. After the dust-laden air enters through the air inlet, the air rotates from top to bottom along the outer cylinder's wall at a certain speed. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the circular motion, the dust particles are separated from the airflow and collected on the wall of the collector. Then, with the help of gravity, the dust particles fall into the ash hopper, and the purified air is discharged upward from the inner cylinder.
Cyclone dust collector consists of inlet pipe, outlet pipe, cylindrical body, conical body, and dust hopper. Its diameter, height, and the shape and size of the inlet and outlet are the main factors affecting dust removal performance.
