The automatic cold stretch hood machine is a specialized device that automatically stretches the four corners of a cold stretch sleeve film and wraps it from top to bottom onto the bottom of the goods on the pallet being packaged. Utilizing the film's high resilience and clamping force, it tightly wraps the entire packaged item. Compared to stretch wrapping machines, the sleeve replacement frequency can be reduced by 10 times, and its tear and puncture resistance is also stronger. The cold stretch hooding machine uses the sleeve film to provide dustproof, moisture-proof, and anti-scattering packaging for goods.

The biggest advantage of the automatic cold stretch hooder is that it uses a cold stretch wrapping process throughout the entire process. No heating is required, and there is no risk of open flame, thus avoiding damage to goods from high temperatures at the source and completely eliminating the risk of fire and explosion in the workshop. Pallet-Free Automatic Cold Stretch Hood Machine Process

Traditional pallet transfer requires forklifts, and wooden pallets are needed at the bottom of the pallet to ensure stability. This method requires the pallet to always follow the pallet, occupying transportation space during transport, and consuming a large amount of wood, increasing costs. To address this issue, we developed a new generation of pallet-free cold stretch wrapping process, specifically including pallet shape optimization, pallet flipping, and bidirectional wrapping. By setting the shape of the stack, the stack can be self-supported, eliminating the need for a bottom tray and greatly improving the sealing performance of the stack's membrane.
