The 15-20TPH Dry Mix Plant Project of BH company in Malaysia Was Successfully Delivered
01 Project Introduction
1. BH company signed a project contract with a famous German construction group in Malaysia in 2019. The project is a 15-20TPH automatic dry powder mortar production line.
2. The overall engineering design, equipment supply and equipment installation and commissioning training of the project were all completed by BH Company. The project has successfully passed the acceptance inspection in June 2019 and was handed over to the owner for full production.
02 Project Details
1. The German construction group (hereinafter referred to as the client) is a professional construction and chemical supplier with branches in many countries around the world. Malaysia is one of its important overseas development companies and markets.
2. This project is a key project of the customer in Malaysia, and has extremely high requirements for the overall layout of the production line, equipment quality and parameters, product appearance, and overall installation. After understanding the customer's intentions and needs, BH immediately arranged for equipment engineers to carry out the overall engineering design.
3. Customers have strict requirements, and BH engineers strive for perfection. 4. The dry powder mortar production line is composed of dust removal system, screening system, raw material storage and weighing system, high-speed coulter mixing system, intelligent computer control system, automatic packaging system and other related supporting equipment. BH company completes the production of the established equipment on time according to the contract, and then delivers and transports in time, and arranges professional equipment installation engineers to go to the customer's site to participate in the whole process of guiding equipment installation and debugging.

03 Production Line Configuration Introduction
4. Automatic packaging and palletizing system
• According to the customer's fully automatic packaging and palletizing needs, equipped with a new pneumatic valve port packaging machine and a high-position palletizing machine.
• Automatic packaging and palletizing system see Figure 4 below.
• High weighing accuracy: BH packaging machine is equipped with CAS high-precision weighing instrument imported from South Korea, and the weighing accuracy rate is as high as 99.9%.
