Features

This twin shaft paddle mixer is a high-precision mixing equipment, wide adaptability to the mixture in good mixing uniformity on the material with large proportion, ratio and particle size difference, it mix evenly to the material with ratio difference of 1:1000 ~ 10000 or higher. Component/Working Principle

The twin shaft paddle mixer is composed of horizontal cylinder, transmission mechanism and twin shaft mixing paddle, fly cut as optional part. When it's working, the biaxial relative reverse rotation drives the blades of different angles to turn the materials along the axial and radial repeatedly. Under the action of high speed, the materials are thrown up and fall down in a state of weightlessness, and materials cross mixed during thrown up and down to achieve the mixing uniformity. Advantages of this mixer are wide application range, high mixing uniformity and short mixing time.
